Grazing Table

Provide your event date and location, estimated guest count, and any special request or theme inspiration.

Based on the information you provide I will create a unique quote for your special event.  I will send this either by email or cell number through a special link on a live document.  This will be best in case we do changes you can see info right way on the same link.  

Once you review the quote we can either meet in person or talk over the phone to add or remove items as necessary based on your event needs and wants.   

We will include cost in the quote for floral and greenery but if you have a florist you are working with you, we can use that instead.  Floral and greenery is required to give it our signature look.  

Gratuity is not included and is completely optional. 

To secure your date a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.  

Dates are booked on first-come, first-served basis and are not held without a deposit.

We'll confirm your final guest count, design preferences and any dietary accommodations a week prior to your event.  Any remaining balance is due a week prior to your event or cash the day of your event.

We provide Serving utensils for the table, but you are responsible to have the table ready with a tablecloth small plates and napkins, forks etc. 

The Day of the event, we will arrive, set up your beautiful grazing table an hour to an  hour and a half prior to your guest arrival.  We will text you to let you know when we are on our way.  

We will create a memorable experience for you and your guest.  All you have to do is Enjoy! 

All serving pieces, boards, risers, baskets, and display items provided as part of your grazing table setup remain the property of our business.  Clients are responsible for hand washing drying and returning all rental its to our Lodi store withing two days following the event. 

For your convenience, we also offer a pickup service for an additional fee depending on location.  Rental items can be collected either the same evening as your event or the following day, depending on your preference and scheduling availability. 

Any items not returned withing the specified timeframe, or items returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, may be subject to replacement fees.  We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our inventory for future events.
